Resolution 888 Land cover and land use Noting comments in N 4734 and the interest on establishing land use classification, ISO/TC 211 invites the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nation to submit a new work item proposal for a stage 0 project.

The stage 0 project shall study the integration of specific land cover classifications with ISO 19144-2 and how to address the land use classification.
