Revision of TR 19121 #20

Justification: The original plan for the work in TC211 was given in ISO Technical Report 19121. Almost all of the work outlined in TR 19121 has been completed. The Working Group recommends that TR 19121 be reaffirmed since it still is of some use for the development of WG6 projects, and that in the near future it be revised to include the next phase of work. Proposal: Revise TR 19121 to include a new plan for WG6.

Refer to ISO/TC 211 document n4180, Response to review of the use of ISO/TR 19121, Geographic information - Imagery and gridded data (N 4146). Ten members make use of this Technical Report, therefore it will be kept.
