Justification: ISO/TS 19129 defines a framework for Imagery, Gridded and Coverage data. It is an older standard written before many of the other WG6 standards were developed. The standard needs to be revised, but this revision should wait until the current set of WG6 standards is completed.
Proposal: Restructure 19129 removing the obsolete material, revise references to the most current standards and add a description of how all of the WG6 coverage standards interrelate. That is, make 19129 actually the framework linking all of the TC211 coverage related standards and also link to external and joint standards such as those from OGC.
