operation foeLocate and bearting are wrong #35

Justification: (19107:2019)

In Fig. 5, operation foeLocate and bearting of class GeometricCoordinateSystem are wrong, based on 6.2.8.12 and 6.2.8.13, respectively. Proposal: Change foeLocate -> geoLocate, and bearting ->bearing.

The error is in the diagram, not in the text.

As such, it is not "normative".

The error is anoying but has no effect on the normative content.
