Justification: A different source reference may be nominated to replace ISO/TS 19139:2007

Check the source reference and definitions with identical terms using the ISO Online Browsing Platform. https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#home

Check the definitions of both realization and realization Proposal: ISO 19115-3:2016 does not use the domain in the definition; however, the authoritative source reference, ISO 19103:2015, 4.29 does use domain and a different definition; the source reference of ISO 19139-1:2019, 3.4 is 19103:2015,4.29. if the term as defined in 19115-3 will not use the domain, then the revised edition of 19115-3 will become the authoritative source reference for the term
