Default text per line and checkbox #16

Es sollte möglich sein, einen festen Text in eine Zeile der Etikette zu drucken (z.B. Namen der Bibliothek). Auch eine Trennlinie zwischen einzelnen Teilen der Signatur wird teilweise verwendet. Das kann man vermutlich über CSS erledigen aber derzeit ist es so, dass alle Änderungen, die man manuell in der CSS vornimmt, überschrieben werden, wenn man das Format über den Editor bearbeitet.

add a field in editor to use this line as default text and the written text in this line - after that generate the signature

we should just use icons for font

Default text is implemented as of v1.1.0-a. A separator line is not yet implemented (but can be achivied with the formats css file).
