Add language tag to Non-English Abstract #52

The language of non-English abstract is always stored as "und". Better allow to set an explicit language tag. Language could also be detected e.g. by trigram statistics.

There is also a bug, some records contain non-Englisch abstract which cannot be edited because language code is neither en nor und.

Thanks for pointing it out. How far are you with this issue?
Is it a problem of the input mask or of the internal validation?
Do you think it would be easy for a layman to edit the source file?
