At http://bartoc.org/contact no email adresses of editors are included so how should users report errors? Can we add email adresses on the BARTOC homepage?

Also show contact information on 500 error page (#80).

Best solution would be to generate the contact page from a machine-readable file (JSON or YAML) that includes all editors. This file could also be used to configure access control of the backend JSKOS server.
