display arabian script in titles from right direction #180

if titles have arabian script, displayed script direction should be from the right.

Need to change element display: block so the width of the element gets 100%.

We have already a css class for arabic content: "cmo_isArabic". But we need an additional "text-align: right;" for the containing table cell.

The language/script is by default set to "Ottoman Turkish in Arabic script". Incipit was aligned from left when the script was changed to Latin. Could the Latin letters also be aligned from right?
