Display these Metadata in list view:

show CMO-ID for Expression, Source (type print), MODS literature
do not show CMO-ID for Source (type manuscript)
show Document type for MODS literature
show normalized incipits #166 for expressions (instead of the other incipit type)

I don't see the document type of mods literature in the list view. Everything else is fine.

Is fixed with content reindexing.
