Use standard form as title for expressions without title (connected to #203)

Currently, the standardized form isn't saved as a title in the MEI... but it was previously possible to save expressions without title because this form is automatically generated. This can be used instead of a title... like

this was specified as bug fixed with issue #179, so now you can't save an expression without title.

We discussed this and decided, that title in expression shouldn't be mandatory. Instead if no title is entered the standardized form, we only generate atm should be inserted in XML in postprocessing step. For this use the XML field:
