Expressions added to sources do not show the link to their source #243

For example, in Kevseri Mecmuasi, all expressions up to number 405 show their link to the source entry, but after n.406 the links no longer appear.

Every expression added since has the same problem.

There is a problem with solr indexing. The document in the index seems to be old: https://corpus-musicae-ottomanicae.de/servlets/solr/select?q=id:cmo_source_00000182&XSL.Style=xml

It seems like it was fixed by a solr core optimize.
