Can't add maqams to expressions

When I add maqam to expressions in the editor mode, the system gives an error like "There is a problem with this page" and "Refresh it." But refreshing doesn't work, and I can't add anything more to expressions.

Couldn't recreate using arbitrary expression. Could you please provide an link to the URL(s) in question?

Thanks, but I had no trouble creating an expression and choosing the makam and save. Can you provide a screenshot with the error message, please?
