Crisscross relations broader and narrower seem to be switched throughout #30

Every broader or narrower relation we found that was generated by the CrissCross project seemed to be the wrong way round. (We searched for example for fruit such as "Kirsche", or "Emmentaler Käse", or "Bengalkatze".)

This is already wrong in the CSV source files, so it's not a conversion error.
