Which files necessary for import should be included in the repo? #5

I somewhat accidentally included files like this in the repository, but usually you would keep files like that outside of the repo. If we edit the file on the server to include a new vocabulary, for example, we won't be able to push the change back to the repo.

Since this is a very specific repository and not really meant for other people to use, it might not be a problem. But if we keep the files in the repo, we need to change instructions to say that the files need to be pushed to the repository, then updated on the server before starting the import script.

What do you say, @nichtich?
