prepare.sh does not work for jsksos-server-dev #7

I just can't figure out what the issue is. It works perfectly for jskos-server, but for jskos-server-dev, nothing is ever written into schemes.ndjson ($TARGET_FILE). I've checked all the paths and ran the commands manually; the issue only exists when ran through the script.
