Remove reference to kos-registry #8

As part of https://github.com/gbv/kos-registry/issues/28. kos-registry is referenced in this repository in two files.

The README states:

Note: The file scripts/jskos-server/schemes.ndjson is generated automatically from kos-registry.

But I think this is not the case anymore.
