Support saving/editing/deleting mappings on a remote MappingStorage #149

Specification of #65. Needs #15. Currently, this is only supported on local storage (which is fine for now, but still requires a manual process of getting mappings into jskos-server).

This is now implemented, but the configuration for both Cocoda and the jskos-server instance need to be updated accordingly. I will close this issue when the configs are updated and everything seems to work.
