Add list editing mode to approve/reject mappings

To review a list of existing mappings or a list of concepts with mapping recommendations, a tabular view similar to reconciliation results in OpenRefine and mapping lists in Mix'n'match would be helpful. This requires

• selection which concepts from the source vocabulary to include in the list
• selection which mappings to include in the list (e.g. one selected repository as source, for instance reconciliation results from Wikidata or mappings from a given author)
• the list view with action such as reject, approve or save, delete...

The list view could have these rows:

• from (notation and label of the concept, omit vocabulary as it is always the same)
• type (mapping type)
• to (notation and label of the concept, omit vocabulary as it is always the same)
• creator
• note
• date (if available)
• action

Rows with same from concept should be sorted next to each other.

This issue is related to

• refactoring of the mapping app to get merged back into core cocoda components

I moved this to 1.1.0 because mapping review is not yet fully conceptualized. We can first focus on reimplementing Mapping Browser and add features to that.

Could we make this issue more concrete? It's pretty old, so I feel like we need to talk this through again. Can't we somehow integrate this into Mapping Search/Navigator? Maybe in combination with #371 which would allow maximizing the Mapping Browser component to take up the whole screen.
