MappingEditor: Use mapping URI to know which mapping is being edited #446

jskos-server will add URIs to all mappings soon, so any assumptions about mapping URIs (i.e. that mappings with an URI are user-generated) need to be removed. Not sure if this will have any direct consequences.

As far as I could find out, there are no further consequences if all mappings have URIs. But now that all mappings will always have a URI, we can import some things in Cocoda, like handling the original mappings in MappingEditor.
