Provide supported jskos-api version and check registries against it #461

The version that a registry's /status endpoint provides should be compatible with the expected version, otherwise that registry cannot be used.

Implemented on branch, merge right before 1.1.0 release (because jskos-api version 1.0.0 is already required).
