These could also include links to short videos that illustrate how a certain feature can be used. For technical questions, thinks like creating your own instance, changing the config, importing and exporting mappings, adding owns own vocabularies, etc. could be explained.

This could be a "global" coli-conc FAQ because some of these things involve jskos-server and possibly other tools as well.
