There are two (probably related) issues with Wikidata mappings (via Wikidata JSKOS) in Mapping Editor:

Deleting a mapping via Mapping Editor is not possible (no problem in Mapping Browser though).
Deleting a mapping in Mapping Browser that is currently selected in Mappign Editor doesn't deassociate it (i.e. Mapping Editor still thinks it is an existing mapping)

Neither issue exists when using JSKOS Server as a backend.
