Support Gazetteers #75

Gazetteers often include geographical and temporal information, so mapping can be supported by showing individual concepts on a map and/or timeline. The cocoda interface should allow geographical and timeline browsing in gazetteers.

See Pelagios linked places format for data format examples. Another good vocabulary to try out is PeriodO.

Some local library authority files also have authority records for periods and places, these make sense to map to gazetteers.

(Another motivation to better support this specific types of concepts is to have "gazetteer cooccurrences", two words with five double letters! ;-)
