ConceptDetail: Show broader if no ancestors available #80

The new Wikidata service at http://coli-conc.gbv.de/services/wikidata/concept also returns "broader" (but no "ancestor") field. ConceptDetail component should show broader concepts if no ancestors are known.

We can still debate about the specifics on how to display broader concepts, but this is implemented now.
