Unit test convert #19

Add a minimal unit test to ensure that convert --reset --import works and results in an API query returning the right response in JSKOS format.

The tests could be added to test/pica-tests.json that checks the following step of conversion.

Better set up integration tests (lists of complete analysis from the API to be checked again later: #65).
