Add regular backups/dumps of non-imported data in databases #5

On the current (old) server, we had hourly backups of non-imported data in our MongoDB into a Git repository. We should have something similar here as well, ideally migrating the old repository to preserve history.

Old backup script was basically copied 1-to-1. In the future, this could be a separate "backup" service to not rely on system dependencies.
