Make sure KOS registry is consistent #61

The migration of kos-registry to bartoc.org is not fully finished yet. See https://github.com/gbv/kos-registry/issues/28. We need to cleanup the data flow of KOS information

Die coli-conc KOS Registry (http://bartoc.org/en/node/18926 = https://coli-conc.gbv.de/terminologies/) enthält auch noch einige Vokabulare, die eher nur in DANTE aufgeführt sein sollten (partOf: http://bartoc.org/en/node/19999): FSO-Vokabulare und Archäologisches Museum (?)
