Mappings in the MappingTable should be highlighted when they are used in the record or in the enrichment. Should be easy by lookup of mapping URI. We have three cases:

add (enrichment)
keep (already in the record)
remove (in the record but to be deleted, e.g. because mapping was downvoted)
