Support topical browsing in mappings #9

To answer question such as which topical areas are covered by mappings (between all or between selected concept schemes) at all and to which amount and degree? This feature requires cluster algorithm or similar to group mappings under their most common ancestor(s).

This is likely better done in jskos-metrics and/or k10plus-subjects but not as part of jskos-server.
