Support registry item type #15

We assign registry URIs in namespace https://coli-conc.gbv.de/registry/ but these URIs don't resolve. jskos-proxy could be used to allow looking up these registries.

Likely requires extension of jskos-server (https://github.com/gbv/jskos-server/issues/204) and cocoda-sdk to support registry item type.
