Add bulk delete endpoints #126

Split off from #101.

To minimize actual functionality in the reset script (bin/reset.js), we should have bulk deletion endpoints, or at least service methods, implemented. Currently, this is only the case for /voc/concepts.

If we actually add endpoints, this could be used in the admin interface (#39).

I think it's enough to be able to purge:

all concepts in a vocabulary (implemented as DELETE /voc/concepts)
all mappings in a concordance (TODO extend DELETE /concepts)
all annotations by a creator user (TODO: DELETE /annotations)
