Reset script can be extremely slow #162

I just reimported IxTheo (156 concepts) in our main instance and deleting its concepts took at least 30 seconds, if not a minute. That is way too long if you consider that most vocabularies have many more concepts than this. I'm not sure what the issue is at the moment, though.

Can't reproduce, unfortunately. Deleting and reimportant IxTheo takes about 3 seconds on my local machine and about 7 seconds on our server, which sounds reasonable.
