Rebuild index of concordances-mappings #182

I've exported mappings, added connection to concordance with partOf, and re-imported the mappings successfully. However two parts have not been updated in the database (jskos-server production):

extent of concordances has not been updated (can be fixed by editing and saving the concordance)
search for mappings not part of any concordance still returns the mappings that have been changed

Rebuilding the index with npm run import -- --indexes did not help.

Fixed by editing and saving the concordance.
