Consider using/supporting PM2 Cluster Mode #212

Shouldn't require any code changes, as far as I can tell. It's only PM2 configuration. See https://pm2.keymetrics.io/docs/usage/cluster-mode/.

Could also be implemented for the Docker container, as it is already using PM2.
