To facilitate administration an admin interface may be useful. Admin can be anyone also allowed to directly edit the database or run import script from command line, but more convenient. Admin can

delete vocabularies, concordances, mappings, annotations, users
import and update vocabularies, concordances, mappings, annotations, users

It should be secured via

access limit to known IP ranges
hard-coded password

This issue consists of two parts:

extend the API to support bulk import and delete vocabularies, concordances, mappings, annotations, users
provide a simple web interface to upload and delete vocabularies, concordances, mappings, annotations, users

It's also relevant for this to have #103 because we probably need to have some kind of admin distinction (as noted in the issue itself). The API changes are coming with #101, so this issue is only about the actual web interface.

As long as we have JSON Schemas for everything, it might be possible to use that editor for editing entities on the web without any technical knowledge.
