Daily import all available mappings #5

Collected mappings are listed at http://coli-conc.gbv.de/concordances/ and http://coli- conc.gbv.de/concordances/wikidata/>. A cronjob should daily purge the database and import them.

The list of concordances http://coli-conc.gbv.de/concordances/csv/concordances.ndjson now also contains links to JSKOS files (in distributions with "format" = "http://format.gbv.de/jskos" and "mimetype" = "application/x-ndjson").
