Support deprecated concepts #111

Extend JSKOS item data model to support deprecated concepts as done by Skosmos:

A deprecated concept or a non-indexing-concept (#111) may be replaced by a choice of concepts (use any of A and B) or by a combination of concepts (use A+B). See also and non-preferred compound terms (#113)
