Include non-normative mapping to Networked Knowledge Organization Systems Dublin Core Application Profile (NKOS AP), as described by Voß and Ledl (2016).

https://nkos.dublincore.org/nkos-ap.html seems to have little adoption and is outdated when compared to DCAT. This is more of historical interest.
