support concept mappings #8

Support concept mappings in JSKOS based on SKOS concept collections. This may go beyond SKOS data model, because mappings in JSKOS should be treated as first class objects with provenance (creator, date...). Maybe such information beyond SKOS mapping properties can be ignored in JSON-LD by using the null keyword.

Here is an example of multiple mappings from one concept (612.112 in DDC) to GND.
