Clients may need a list of storage URIs and fee type URIs. This may be connected to issue #26 and #39 or out of the scope of PAIA.

This might be solved as part of https://github.com/gbv/paia/issues/31#issuecomment-93732023 with an additional response fields:

With request parameter

confirm=true the server would just select a default storage.
confirm=false the server would return possible storages, even if it is only one
default (no confirm parameter): server decides whether a default storage is used or an error is returned when no storage was requested.

Storage URIs and fee types (equal to document services in most cases) are now handled by conditions (since PAIA 1.3.0).
