Optional support of sending patron identifier as query parameter #57

The patron identifier may also be passed as query parameter. What's the actual benefit?

We need to forbid special uri_escaped_patronidentifier to avoid URL collision, e.g. ``:

GET https://example.org/core/_/items
POST https://example.org/core/_/request 
POST https://example.org/core/_/renew 
POST https://example.org/core/_/cancel
GET https://example.org/core/_/fees
