Write article about occurrences api #22

A blog article or VZG report would be nice because the API can also be of use indepenently. The article could also cover background of creating the data (PICA+ dump, k10plus-subjects...) or be about analysis of K10plus subject indexing in general. Requires #19 because people prefer UI and screenshots.

Start with a blog article about new APIs (Occurrences-API and Mapping-Inference) later extend to full article.
