[BUG] HTML Minify - problems with spacing #615

Describe the bug

Currently we are using html-minifier to minify our HTML code but it's causing problems with some of the spacing in the content.

Example, as reported in #599:

Date de modification :2024-07-17
Date modified:2024-07-11

Would like the minify to remove blank lines and indent properly but not minify the HTML completely
