What pages do you think should have the table of content? Could you supply us with the links?
We have created a way to automatically do a table of content on a page with "front matter" by adding tocSimple: true at the top of the page.
We have put them on large pages like the Additional Resources one but we might have missed some.

On this page (and on other pages) there is only the main URL and several headings (H1) and subheadings (H2) within the pages.

Can you have a Table of Contents that includes sub-URL's for each H1 and H2 section, so we can access the individual paragraphs, not just the main page. Here are the headings: Accessibility Checker (H1), Templates (H1), Page layout (H1), Headings (H2), Headers and Footers (H2), Columns (H2), Lists (H2), Fonts (H1), Non-text Elements (H1), Alternative text (H2), Charts and Diagrams (H2), Links (H2), Additional Resources (H1). Can you have a sub-URL for each of these on this page (and do the same on other pages?
