One thing we heard from Compensation Sector Pay - Client relations is that the Phoenix feedback form may not actually be helpful in any circumstances. But we need to confirm that...

Phoenix feedback form is for any pay issue, whether you're served by the pay centre or not. The PAR is only for pay centre served departments, and should be used when actually requesting a change related to pay. It is not used to report a problem with pay.
