custom template filter for html output #27

we should consider writing a centalized filter that all the text fields use for 
output.

A basic filter that allows some html tags and attributes and does 
linebreaks/paragraph tags 
automatically.  Rather than using some type of markdown language, I think we 
should just use 
html.  We can make that a prerequisite to using the system, ability to basic 
html.

so then in the template we should have something along the lines of :

{{ object.summary|filter_html }}
