allow adding books through broad URLs #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it seems that currently Bookworm only supports adding ebooks from local hard 
drives. it would be much more convenient if users are allowed to add an ebook 
stored at an any given URL, e.g. http://www.feedbooks.com/userbook/12685.epub

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
