Update readme #8

Readme.md refers to some files and folders (e.g. "commands") that are not included.

Navigator (is supposed to) create(s) the Commands folder on the fly when needed. It's broken now I think, on my to-do list to re-work that whole bit.

The readme says it should be copied to the LC Plugins folder, but obviously it shouldn't be since it doesn't exist until it's created by Navigator
