How to watch video without webcam in user side(Only receive video data)? #180

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log in and click the contact in the menu of Visio
2.Pop the session window
3.Show video of remote side if I have webcam(and it works), but if I don't have 
webcam, the session window will show black image though the label above is 'In 
Call'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I hope I can see remote video even if I don't have webcam. That is, I hope the 
client side can only receive remote data but they don't need to send data to 
others.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
My computer is Windows XP,but I'm not sure the version of the source code is.

Please provide any additional information below.
Any answer appreciated. Thank you.
